Nursery – caterpillars

Reception have been reading the book Whatever Next. The children asked if they could go for a picnic on the moon. After putting on our helmets and space boots we finally flew to space in our rocket. We even met an owl on the way! Read more…

In Nursery, we have been learning about The 3 Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood. The children have enjoyed dressing up as the characters, using the masks and props and retelling parts of the story.

In our Maths Mastery lessons Reception have been counting and recognising numbers in different representations.  We have been working on numbers 7,8,9 and 10.  We have used different resources such as cubes and counters to make the numbers.
