Christmas Break

From everyone in the Balby Central Team we would like to wish all in our school community a lovely Christmas holiday.

We will welcome back our families on Tuesday 6th January 2026 for the Spring Term. School is closed for a training day on Monday 5th January 2026

If you are worried about a child and wish to speak to someone urgently over the Christmas period, please contact Doncaster Local Authority Safeguarding Team on 01302 737777 or at weekends call 01302 796000.

If there are any urgent concerns about a child's mental health the duty team can be contact on 01302 796191.

Please note that any Subject Access Requests and/or Freedom of Information Act requests received while the school is closed for the Christmas Holiday will not be processed until September.

We are learning about how animations are created. In preparation for shooting our own mini-films, we have created moving images using a multiple frames.
