School Nurse (Zone 5-19)

School Link Staff Member: Miss L Allison

We work in collaboration with the Doncaster School Nursing Team (Zone 5-19). They attend many of our community events, work 1-1 with children and families and deliver information lessons to the children in school for curriculum areas such as; puberty, safe touch and healthy relationships.

As part of the School Nursing Program, we also support the team with the following services:

• Flu vaccinations

• Height and Weight checks

• Vision and Hearing

• Health Questionnaires

• Transition Questionnaires

If you do not wish for your child to take part in any of these services, we advise you to contact the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team to withdraw consent, this is not something the school can action.
